The mission of Texas Louisiana Youth Ministries is to equip the Church to Win, Build and Send students for the cause of Jesus Christ. This is a biblical mandate and model for youth ministry. Win, Build and Send has been the focus and model of our National Youth Ministries for approximately two decades, during which the Assemblies of God youth group constituents have grown over sixty percent (1984-2008). Win, Build & Send is the three-part CAUSE of the Lord Jesus Christ...it is disciple-making through the power of the Holy Spirit. When Jesus called the first disciples, he said, "Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." (Mt. 4:19, NIV) "[Come] follow me" - WIN, the call to be a follower of Jesus Christ |

Ambassadors in Missions trips are a coordinated effort between students, leaders, missionaries, and host churches. Thousands of students participate in these trips each year... and with Assemblies of God missions in over 250 countries, the opportunities for ministry are endless. Our goal is to see every student be able to go on an AIM trip before they graduate high school. To this end, we are continuing to develop a core AIM Affiliate network which will include other short-term missions ministries that have a like-minded mission. We are also continuing to develop relevant resources and opportunities for all local churches and districts to utilize. For more information about AIM, visit: www.aim.ag.org We invite you to join us at either one of our two AIM trips to New Orleans or to El Salvador. |

Kappa Tau is a new discipleship tool of the national youth ministries of the Assemblies of God (AG) designed to help students continue discovering and developing their ministry gifts after they have graduated from high school and are no longer eligible for the National Fine Arts Festival. Through this Festival, college-aged participants are given the opportunity to continue developing their ministry gifts by having their entries evaluated by qualified professionals, teachers and ministers who encourage excellence and offer ideas for improvement. Participants must be 18 to 23 years of age and no longer enrolled in high school. Participants must be in good standing with a local AG church and/or AG student ministries organization (e.g., Chi Alpha, Master’s Commission or University). |
